By enrolling as a Navigator or contributing an Anchor, you are entering into a relationship with Our Ripple LLC (doing business as Make A Ripple). You acknowledge that your contribution is a voluntary act of support for community infrastructure and disaster relief missions.

Make A Ripple operates under a 100% Transparency Model. All funds received through "Navigation Ranks" (recurring) or "Anchors" (one-time) are restricted to:

• Direct Project Materials: Lumber, fasteners, hardware, and systems.
• Direct Service Costs: Permits and essential mission logistics.
• Note: Your funds are not used for executive salaries or general corporate overhead.

• Current Status: Our Ripple LLC is a for-profit Limited Liability Company currently in the process of transitioning to a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
• Deductibility: Contributions are currently made to an LLC. While these funds are legally restricted to community service, they may not be tax-deductible as charitable donations under current IRS rules for LLCs. We strongly advise you to consult with a tax professional regarding your specific contribution.

• Authorization: By selecting a recurring rank ($10, $25, $75, $150, $300, $500), you authorize Stripe (our processor) to charge your payment method monthly.
• Self-Service Management: You are responsible for managing your subscription. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time via the Customer Portal provided in your receipt.
• Refunds: Because 100% of funds are immediately routed to active mission supply chains, we generally do not offer refunds once a payment has been processed.

Make A Ripple provides construction and repair services to families in crisis. As an Anchor (funder), you are providing the materials only. Our Ripple LLC is not liable for any third-party claims arising from the deployment of these materials or the conduct of volunteers on a mission site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration.
